    Our Story

    At Simone's, we are passionate about bringing the gourmet Liège waffles we love to the Vineyard. Simone's fulfills a dream to share one of our favorite sweet treats with our community and offer an affordable breakfast, brunch, or dessert to islanders and tourists alike!
